Where are you located?
Our bricks and mortar shop is located at 104 Park Place Blvd in Barrie, ON. We are proud to be locally owned and operated!
Do you have everything on your website available to see in store?
At this time, our store is too small to accommodate our entire online catalogue. We have a rotation of beautiful items available at any given time in store. If you are looking for something in particular, please let us know!
Who do I contact if I have questions about my online order?
Please call us at 705-721-7470 or email our team at ‘shop@willowlaneinteriors.ca'. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive a response in regards to your order.
Can I place my order over the phone or in person?
You certainly can! Call us at 705-721-7470 to place your order over the phone or stop by our shop to place your order in person.
How will I know when my item ships?
Upon placing an order you will be sent a confirmation email immediately after your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you an email with further details regarding shipping times and to notify you of any special instructions for your order within 48 hours. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your junk folder or contact us.
Are all items on your site in stock and ready to ship?
While we do stock most of our smaller items, many of the items we offer are either made to order or ship to you directly from our suppliers across Canada and the United States. This method allows us to offer the the most competitive prices. Please note that stock levels are not noted on our website. If the item that you ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted and provided with an estimated lead time. To check if the item you'd like to purchase is in stock, please call us at 705-721-7470 prior to purchasing.
Why are items backordered/lead times longer than normal?
Due to the global effects of COVID-19, there have been unexpected delays in the manufacturing of products as well as significant delays with shipping. This has slowed down the restocking time of all major manufacturers which also impacts small local businesses like ours. We understand this can be frustrating when you are excited to receive your order and will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
How often do you receive new items?
We have our tried and true staff favourites on hand at all times! If you are looking for something specific, let us know and we will see if we can get our hands on it for you. We receive brand new items all the time in store and try to get them up online as soon as possible. If you are curious about our most recent arrivals, just stop by!
I want to send someone a present, can you wrap it and include a note?
Of course! We love presents and surprises and can work with you to make something truly special! If you are shopping online, please include a little note when you are checking out. All of our orders are fulfilled by dedicated staff members right here in store, who understand that it's all about the little details.
We also love being a part of people's sweet plans. If you have an idea for something special for a special someone, give us a call in store and we'll be more than happy to work with you. No plan too silly, no experience too small to cherish.
Do you do registries?
Yes! Whether it's a new life together, celebrating a bundle of joy or embarking on a new chapter, every occasion calls for a thoughtfully curated registry. We currently create all of our registries manually, so if you are in the Simcoe County area and want help putting something together please get in touch.
